Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at WeLoveBricks. We offer carefully curated, hygienically cleaned and 100% original pre-loved LEGO® bricks. Because of the nature of these products, please read this policy before ordering.
All sales are final
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. This applies to mixed LEGO® brick packs, refurbished sets, loose or themed bricks, and sale or promotional items. Once an order has been placed and dispatched, it cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded.
Why this policy exists
Our pre-loved products are inspected for authenticity, cleaned and hygienically prepared, then curated and packed for each order. Due to hygiene standards, the second-hand nature of the parts and the uniqueness of mixed packs, we cannot accept or resell products after they leave our facility.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item because of our error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and your order number. After review, we may offer a replacement at our discretion and subject to stock availability. Refunds will not be issued.
Mixed pack variations
Mixed LEGO® packs are randomly assorted by design. Variations in colour, shape, quantity or specific pieces are not defects and do not qualify for a replacement, refund or return.
