No Returns & No Refunds
All sales made on WeLoveBricks are final.
We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This applies to all products, including but not limited to:
Mixed LEGO® brick packs
Refurbished LEGO® sets
Loose bricks or themed packs
Sale or promotional items
Once an order has been placed and dispatched, it cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded.
Why We Have This Policy
WeLoveBricks specializes in pre-loved LEGO®, including mixed and refurbished items. These products are:
Carefully inspected for authenticity
Professionally cleaned and hygienically prepared
Curated and packed specifically per order
Due to hygiene standards, the second-hand nature of LEGO® parts, and the uniqueness of mixed packs, we are unable to accept returns or resell items once they leave our facility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive:
An item that was damaged during transit, or
A wrong item sent due to our error
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and your order number.
After review, we may offer a replacement at our discretion, subject to stock availability. Refunds will not be issued.
Mixed LEGO® Packs Disclaimer
Please note that our mixed LEGO® packs are randomly assorted by design. Variations in color, shape, quantity, or specific pieces are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacements, refunds, or returns.
